My daughter's photography

My daughter Selina got out and took some really nice pictures today!

She has a real knack for this!!!  She has just started a photography class in her high school:West Valley.  She is 15 and a ninth grader.  The top picture is our big boy- Lucky.

Lucky should have been a model, but I said he wasn't going to Hollywood!

I just love these pictures!

Here is crazy Trix....mouse hunter....she goes to the fields and takes care of them.  She has claws like Freddy Krueger.

This is a door on one of our sheds...nice and rusty...perfect.

Lucky loves the camera.

One big root...the cats scratch this everyday.

Thanks for taking a peek at Selina's Pics....I think she has a creative career in her future!

Blustery day Snowman- Freebie Friday

It's a blustery day for this Snowman....Winter is in the air!

This is the freebie Friday design.  Have fun with it!

Be sure to go to your local craft shows and support these hard working artists...they need you!

Have a great weekend!!!

Whimsical pendants

I love to solder pendants....I have made hundreds...I've made them to sell and for gifts.  I made so many I got burned out doing it for a long while. I love how it is a tiny piece of art...wrapped up tight between glass and silvergleem.

This is what it says on the back of the first pendant shown.  It is funny isn't it!

These are all on my Mrs. Tiddlemouse etsy site

This is one of the reason I collect old photos...to use in art.  Each one I have made is different.

Girl power!

This gal looks like she is naughty....her husband is not going to control her.

I also collect saying and made an ebook of them so they are handy.  I always refer to it and add more to the pages as I go.

She is sweet

So she is queen of the garden.

This girl is also so sweet....

or is she?  ha ha

We have all been naughty from time to time!

I am going to put on more soon....but I won't be making any brand new ones because designing and business has me busy all the time.  Once they are sold....they will be gone forever.  I keep my  pictures though....fun to browse through sometimes.

Thanksgiving....coming soon!

Wow....It's is getting close to Thanksgiving...just over one week away!
I have some really cute Thanksgiving projects on MY ETSY.
These badges are fast and easy...fun to place on each place sitting at the table...makes a great gift for each member of the family and your friends to take home.

I put this badge on a large fabric pumpkin.

My signs are easy...just print on matte or glossy photo paper...I get my paper at Fred Meyer and Staples.

These are fun to place about your Thanksgiving decor.  This would also be cute to label some of the entrees.

This Turkey has been a very popular seller for me...the turkey is really just muslin....lots of secrets to this project!

Thanksgiving tags...you print as many as you like...forever.

This is how I feel during a lot of the holiday season!  I must control myself!

Wool pins, a great way to use up small wool scraps.

These are mini badges!  Small and quick.

Looks cute on a doll.

I love to stitch...this turkey is sweet.

Easy peesie to do!

I love to have my relatives hold these up for Thanksgiving photos....makes a fun new way to take pics.

I hope to get a sale on a turkey soon....I think the stores should be having some soon.  I especially love cranberry sauce, stuffing (not the kind that has everything but the kitchen sink in it!), cheesy green beans, and pumpkin pie.

Mingle, Jingle, and be merry

This is my newest pattern: Mingle, jingle, and be merry

Celebrate the Winter season with this glittery embroidered snowman. He is giving love & a giant Candy Cane.... this is a fun, fast, and easy project. The pictures don't show the sparkle this embroidery has....positively dazzling when seen in person. This is great for your decor all winter long!

The glitter is a perfect sparkly touch.

This is also on my Patternmart

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder

This is my freebie for this Friday!  This picture is a real treasurer.  Imagine the rough road she had in her life!  Not only was she a woman....she was an odd looking gal.  It almost looks like she has a leather jacket on.  Maybe she was a wild woman from the old west!

This would be great on an altered art project.  You could make her into a card with a caption:

"It's all fun and games until the whiskey runs out!".... or

"Housework makes me ugly".

"She was one frozen entree from a nervous breakdown".

"She would show him naughty!".

I could go on forever!! I love funny quotes.  Anyway...I hope she had a good life and changed the world in some small way.

Try to keep cozy...winter is coming!  It snowed here last night!
